I realized they were operating through multiple websites.

The company mentioned that their refund policy was to refund 50% of the money if I was not satisfied. I requested to pay the amount through Stripe, but they didn't allow me to do so. In the end, they didn't refund me a single penny, as I was not satisfied. Instead of issuing a refund, they won through an argument
